Pinnacle Athletic Club, including programs operated through Volitude Volleyball (“Pinnacle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of athletes, families, coaches, and Website visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through pinnacleathleticclub.com, registrations, communications, and related Pinnacle programs.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Pinnacle, we may collect:

Contact information

Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, and parent or guardian contact information.

Athlete and registration information

Participant name, age, date of birth, grade, school, position, team history, experience level, uniform information, program selections, attendance, and registration status.

Health and safety information

Emergency contacts, allergies, injuries, medical considerations, accessibility needs, and other information reasonably necessary to support safe participation.

Please provide only information that is relevant to the participant’s safety or requested accommodation.

Transaction information

Registration records, payment status, purchased services, refunds, credits, and related billing details. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Pinnacle generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Communications

Messages, inquiries, feedback, survey responses, newsletter preferences, and communications with Pinnacle staff or coaches.

Media and recruiting information

With appropriate authorization, we may collect or use photographs, videos, statistics, athletic profiles, academic or recruiting information, and related materials for coaching, team, promotional, or recruiting purposes.

Website and device information

We and our service providers may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

We do not publish an athlete’s home address, personal telephone number, sensitive medical information, or similar private information as promotional content.

5. Selling and Sharing Personal Information

Pinnacle does not sell personal information for money.

Some Website analytics, social-media, or advertising technologies may disclose device or activity information to third parties. Under certain privacy laws, this type of disclosure may be considered “sharing” even when no money is exchanged.

Where legally required, visitors may opt out through available cookie controls, browser-based Global Privacy Control signals, or by contacting us.

Pinnacle serves youth athletes, but the Website’s registration and purchasing features are intended to be used by parents, legal guardians, and individuals age 13 or older.

When we receive information about a child from a parent or guardian, we use it for registration, safety, coaching, communication, and program administration. We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary for those purposes.

When legally required, Pinnacle will provide notice and obtain verifiable parental consent before knowingly collecting personal information online directly from a child under 13.

Parents and guardians may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child’s personal information. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and relationship to the child before completing the request.

If we learn that information was submitted directly by a child under 13 without required parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. Photographs and Video

Pinnacle may use photographs or recordings in accordance with the media authorization selected during registration or otherwise provided by a parent, guardian, or adult participant.

A parent or guardian may contact us about media preferences. We will make reasonable efforts to honor documented restrictions, recognizing that Pinnacle may not control photography or recording at public tournaments, third-party facilities, or other public events.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including program operations, safety, insurance, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Retention periods vary based on the type of record and applicable obligations. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

Pinnacle uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use caution when sending sensitive information electronically and contact us if you believe your information has been misused.
